About Cathy Cobb

Mission & Experience

Cathy Cobb has been in the Real Estate Industry for more

than 20 years. As a devoted real estate professional, she has

made it her mission to provide her clients with the

greatest and highest level of service. From the onset of her

real estate career, she has been committed to providing

her clients with the best insight on how to make sound

home buying or selling decisions. The three core values

that she considers the most important ingredients in

serving her clients are Care, Clear Communication and

Excellent Customer Service. Her objective is to be the

Trusted Advisor her clients turn to time and time again

for their real estate needs. With a bachelor’s degree in

accounting coupled with her background in finance,

and along with her marketing initiatives, expert

negotiating skills and contract writing experience,

Cathy has propelled herself to be a respected leader in

the real estate industry for many years.

About Cathy

Originally from Wrightsville Beach, N.C., Cathy spent many

years in the Charlotte area pursuing a career in Finance

and Real Estate. Upon meeting and marrying her husband

Will, who she shares a love of real estate with (he is a

commercial Broker), she was thrilled to move to Georgia

and call the Peach state “home”. She currently lives on

Lake Lanier and enjoys being an active part of her

community. She loves spending time at home or on the

lake with Will and her family including her pup Dixie

( English Cocker Spaniel) and two stepchildren , Virginia

( UGA, Go Dawgs!) and James. Other interests include

traveling, playing tennis, reading, health & wellness, and

cheering on the Dawgs and/or Falcons.
